Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. No questions asked. Once you cancel, you'll still have access to the site until the end of your current billing period. Afterwards, we will no longer process future payments once that time has completed. Keep in mind, once you stop your subscription, you can no longer use our images on any of the products you sell.

Can I receive a refund for my subscription payment?

Unfortunately, given the nature of digital content, we can not offer refunds. As mentioned above, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will still have access to the site until the end of your current billing period. If you are in Australia under Australian Consumer law, please send in a support request and we will evaluate if you are eligible.
